All Booths are 10X10.
All booths spaces are Priced at $50.
All Food Vendor Areas are Prices at $300.
Note: Vendors may Contribute an Item of Equal of Higher Value to Our Raffle in Lieu of Paying the Booth Fee.
All Vendors are Required to be in Compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws.
All Food Vendors Paperwork is Required to be Current and in Compliance.
All Vendor Fees and Paperwork is Required to be Received/Paid in Full by
May 1, 2024. (Limited Spacing is Available)
Payment
All Checks (after completing this form) can be mailed to the PTA at 536 Mallory Ave. Windsor Ca. 95492.
All Cash Payments and Completed Vendor Applications can be made by contacting Candace Zamora at zamora.candace@icloud.com
