Fill out this form honestly and truthfully in order to be considered to be a model! If accepted Coastal Calling Jewelry would send you jewelry to keep, and in exchange we would ask you to take photos in the jewelry and send the photos back to us! We would ask for both close up pictures of the jewelry on you as well as a couple pictures from further away showing your whole body with the jewelry on it. You would be not be required to post any of the pictures on your socials. We prefer the pictures to be in a beach or tropical setting. Examples of this would be pictures taken at the beach, lake, in front of palm trees, etc! Good luck!
