I certify that the information provided is accurate, that I plan on a career as a professional piano technician, that I have successfully completed the PTG Written Examination and either the Tuning or Technical Examination, that my goals include completing the requirements to become a Registered Piano Technician member of the Piano Technicians Guild, and that I have a reasonable expectation of being able to successfully complete either the PTG Technical Examination or the PTG Tuning Examination during the upcoming PTG Convention.
