    If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as you know. I understand that life gets in the way and that is ok, just let me know asap so that I can get another client in and get you rescheduled. 

    If you no show your appointment, you will be denied for any future appointments. No exceptions.

    After submitting this form, you will be notified via text with the number that you provided if you have been accepted for an appointment and to move forward with deposit and booking. The text message that you recieve will include available dates and times, and deposit information. Please choose and and confirm an available time slot before sending a deposit. **do not send deposit until you are approved and a time slot is chosen.**

     

    Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation text the day before your appointment. 

     

    If you have any questions in the mean time, I am available through Instagram DM. I have set days and times that I check these. I am NOT ignoring your message. I will get back to you as soon as I am available to do so :)
