Childhood Traumas
  • Childhood Trauma Worksheet

Trauma in the simplest terms, is trapped energy. It can be caused by numerous things and at the core of trauma is the emotional signature of shame. Most of recovery is intended to help us become honest and heal the traumas in our lives. Also, most of our traumas form repeating patterns so until we identify and heal each of them, we will continue to attract people, places and things that will trigger us. Please use this form to inventory your childhood traumas. This form includes the issues that are exposed in the ACES (Adverse Childhood Experience Questionnaire for Adults) test
