PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: ECHO Education requires a minimum of one (1) adult (teachers and/or chaperones) per ten (10) students. ECHO Education will set the max number of parent chaperones able to participate after receiving your registration form, and reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of parent chaperones permitted to participate in the program as a result of adjusted student participant counts, venue requests, and/or the available space on buses.

There is a minimum of 40 participants required to register for a progam. (this minimum includes chaperones, teachers, and administration).

We understand participant numbers may not be exact at this time, but rather an estimate. We will adjust numbers as needed in the new school year.

Texas History Alive Programming Note: In response to feedback we received from partnering educators via surveys issued in previous seasons, we have removed the Texas State Cemetery from the Texas History Alive program. Although participants enjoyed the content and quality tours, a great number of educators shared that the day was too long for their students, and that adding more time at the Bullock Texas State History Museum on the day's itinerary would elevate the overall experience.

To accomodate those who would still like to include a tour of the Texas State Cemetery, educators can add the tour to the regular "Texas History Alive" program. Please note: Adding the Texas State Cemetery results in a higher program fee as well as a shorter timeframe at the Bullock Museum to allow room on the schedule for the additional tour. Please feel welcome to call to discuss this option.

PROGRAM DATE PREFERENCE

Please Note:

For registration to be accepted, you must select three different dates below.
Deposit will be due 90 business days prior to program date. Deposit total is $1,500 and goes toward the overall program cost. Remaining program balance is due in full 30 business days prior to program date, after final participant counts are received.
Payment schedule flexibility is extended to schools who register for a program date that occurs in September, October and November 2024.
ECHO Education covers the program fees for the Lead Teacher and one (1) Administrator from your school.
Program fee discount for 1 teacher per 25 students (25% off).
