    • You declare you will take all reasonable steps to avoid conflicts of interest with my duties as an education agent of Southern Academy of Higher Education.

      • Engage in dishonest practices, including suggest to international students that they come to Australia on a student
      visa with the primary purpose other than full-time study.
      • Facilitate the enrolment of international students who do not comply with the conditions of their student visa and
      • Engage in false or misleading advertising or recruitment practices
