  • Our Values & Your Approach

  • At Alliance, how we work is just as important as what we do. These questions are designed to help us understand how you think, communicate, and approach situations you may face while working as part of our event security and stewarding teams. Your answers will help us assess how closely your values align with ours, including safety, teamwork, care for others, and a positive, people-first approach. There are no “perfect” answers, we’re interested in your judgement, attitude, and willingness to learn to reach our purpose of creating safe environments.

    Our Alliance values are as follows;
