We understand that you are interested in unlocking equity from your property, or you are currently experiencing financial challenges related to your property rates, levies, mortgage, and or financial position which you need assistance with, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you in finding the ideal solution. We believe that you can “recreate your world” through your own property and guarantee that we can resolve the challenges you are currently experiencing and will provide the necessary support to alleviate your concerns in the best way possible. This document seeks your authorization and consent to determine and work on a unique structured property transaction/solution and present the initial proposed solution at no cost. As a company specializing in structured property transactions/solutions, we have a team of experts who are experienced in handling such situations and are committed to delivering satisfactory outcomes. Our primary objective is to ensure that our proposed structured property transaction/solution is easily understandable and the cost to proceed is clearly stipulated. We believe in clear and concise communication, which allows us to work effectively with all stakeholders involved. By providing this authorization, you acknowledge that we have your permission to:

1. Conduct a thorough assessment of your current needs which can be addressed through your property, including but not limited to:

• Identifying how we can resolve and provide a property transaction solution.

• Evaluating the structural condition and value of the property.

• Assessing any financial implications or legal constraints.

2. Develop a proposed plan of action to address the situation, with a focus on:

• Explaining the proposed Deal Solution Mandate in simple terms.

• Present the budget cost and outcome.

• Present the Impact Analysis (Before During and After the Picture)

• Providing a timeline for completion.

• Outlining the steps involved in implementing the transaction/solution.

3. Coordinate and collaborate with all relevant parties, including contractors, legal professionals, and any other necessary experts, to ensure a smooth and successful execution of the transaction/solution.
Authorization to proceed:

By granting us authorization to proceed, you understand that we will work diligently and ethically to find the most suitable resolution to address your needs within the timeline of the opportunity. It is important to note that while we will make every effort to provide you with the best possible outcome, the final decision on accepting and implementing the proposed transaction/solution will rest with you, the real estate owner, and or the applicant.
Real Estate Assist Consent:*

Real Estate Assist (Pty) Ltd offers structured property transactions and solutions specifically designed to unlock equity from a property transaction to address the real estate owners' needs. The goal of Real Estate Assist Transactions and Solutions is to address the immediate financial need and achieve financial stability, retain ownership of the property, be educated to avoid future financial distress, or as a last resort, sell the property while ensuring the owner maximizes the proceeds in the process to start afresh.
Power of Attorney Consent:

The Real Estate Owner herewith provides Power of Attorney to Real Estate Assist (Pty) Ltd and its appointed Attorneys to act on the Seller's behalf for the cessation of debt collection procedures or the uplifting of any warrant of execution against the Property which is authorised by the Seller’s Mortgagee and to further arrange the written acceptance by the Seller’s Mortgagee of the Purchase Price and/or the Settlement Amount, less all relevant costs and expenses, so to enable the registration of Transfer of the Property in favour of the Purchaser, and if required, negotiate an acceptable Acknowledgement of Debt Agreement between the Mortgagee.
POPIA Consent:*

This means that I/We agree to give my/our personal information to a company called Real Estate Assist (Pty) Ltd, its associated companies, and its Appointed Attorney. These companies might need your personal information to complete a transaction or do other related things. By giving them your information, you are giving your permission for them to use it as needed, which is required by law (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPI"))
Credit Bureau Consent:*

I/We agree that REAL ESTATE ASSIST (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) and its representatives have permission to contact and get information from TPN. I/We further agree that the Company and its representatives have permission to obtain bank statements through TPN. I/We further agree that the Company and its representatives have permission to access this information from TPN as long as I have a relationship with the Company.
Insurance Quotations Consent:*

I acknowledge that our Life Insurance Service Providers can furnish appropriate quotations and advice after full and proper disclosure of my relevant information.
