Please submit this form by 3:00 p.m. the day after a match is canceled due to unplayable court conditions. Only teams that meet this deadline are eligible to reserve a make-up court with Eno CTA on Town of Chapel Hill or City of Durham public courts. For teams attending a USTA State Championship or those making up lines affected by designated holidays, please submit this form at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for a reserved court with our public court providers.
