Booking Policy:

A $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be charged to the desired payment form indicated above upon receipt of invoice to secure your space in the 2025 Trade & Lifestyle show.

Space will NOT be deemed as CONFIRMED until full payment is received.

Final and full payments for the show must be received by the Okotoks Chamber BY FEBRUARY 15, 2025

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be delivered in writing, via email to office@okotokschamber.ca no later than 30 days prior to the event
You will be charged a $200 cancellation fee taken at the time of registration
No refunds will be issued for any cancellations recieved after March 4, 2025
The Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce will endeavour to accomodate booth requests but reserves the right to make changes at any time
Booth location requests / priority / preference will be given to Chamber Members

Insurance Policy:

The Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining any/all insurance related to his/her participaction and requirements of his/her exhibit in the tradeshow. Neither the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce nor the Town of Okotoks/Okotoks Recreation Centre will be held responsible or liable in any manner for damage/losses that may occur to the property/persons during the times of move in or move out of the tradeshow. Exhibitors who desire insurance on their exhibits must obtain it at their own expense. Attention is particularly called to the necessity for insurance covering all risks (liability, fire, theft, damage, etc) on exhibits from place of shipment to the tradeshow facility and return. Including the period during which the goods remain in the tradeshow facility.

** The Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce event/facility insurance does not insure the contents of your booth.
