Sponsorship Donation Request Form

Please fill out this form to request donation from our organization for the following: EVENT SPONSORSHIP, TEAM/CLUB SPONSORSHIP, and/or TRAVEL SPONSORSHIP to enhance STEM learning for an individual or group of individuals.
The focus of donations will be located near the major manufacturing facilities in the states of Wisconsin, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas. See below radius ranges.

K-12 Schools, Vocational Schools, Community/Technical Colleges

*60-mile radius or less from the communities of:

Arcadia WI; Ecru and Ripley MS; Advance NC

*25-mile radius or less from the communities of:

Leesport PA; and Mesquite TX

Universities

*Limited to State Universities in Wisconsin, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas, and near Winona, MN
