By submitting this application you agree:

1) The information provided herein is complete and accurate. Providing incomplete and/or false information could result in the rejection of the application. You are agreeing to a month-to-month membership term with membership cancellation available anytime with non-renewal.

2) Please note that payments are due on the date you enroll in our payment management system. Fob access is required to access the building between 7 am - 9 pm daily. The fee for the fob is $25 (this fee is paid at the time your fob is made and given to you).

3) Submission of this application does not guarantee membership. Additionally, no other agreements, either written or oral, are binding on the applicant, owner, or owner's agents until the completed membership agreement is signed by all parties. If your membership application is accepted, you will receive an email detailing next steps.

4) Additional information may be required to process your application. Our management team will contact you upon receipt of this online application to obtain any additional information necessary to complete the processing of your application. Any security issues will result in the automatic termination of the membership agreement.

5) Please respect the space for all members, tenants, and guests. Illegal actions are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your membership and legal action, if necessary.

6) Please take advantage of all of your membership benefits. Misuse of the conference and common spaces are prohibited and could result in the termination of your membership. Membership at the Business Success Center at The Opportunity Center facilitates a community for small and minority business owners. We encourage you to participate in events and educational series. Please know, we are here to support you on your entrepreneurial journey.
