We are inviting you to bring your best beers and allow our patrons to meet your brewery representative(s) and sample your beers. Your participation will include two free general admission passes to the event, a complete promotional and marketing package (free publicity for your brewery). Marketing will include local radio, local newspapers and magazines and, of course, posters, flyers, social media and email blasts to all that have registered with us.
Brewery may select the level that they choose to participate in. (detailed below) to include a 10x10 booth space and in return, we commit to purchasing a like amount of your chosen beers at wholesale cost to sample and serve at the festival (sampled beer in each tent not to exceed 2-3 brands based on level).

Sample and sell 2 beers/ciders/seltzers from your brand
**The committment level is the amount that the festival agrees to turn around and purchase for sample and serving at the festival.
The Festival will provide the following:
● 1 6 ft table
● 2 chairs
● Ice
● Plastic Sampling Cups (2 oz plastic cups for samples)
Breweries will provide the following:
● Staff to promote your brand and answer questions and pour samples and full beers
● Tent with weights & signage & table cloths
● Coolers/ice chests to keep beer cold
● Any promotional merchandise you wish to sell or give out (no glass)
Pouring Volunteers/Staff guidelines:
● Must be ready to go by 1:30 PM and attend 1pm Brewers meeting
● Pour only two ounces of beer into attendees’ tasting glasses. Do not allow sampling in festival commemorative glasses.
● A ticket must be collected to pour into a sample cup.
● Please do not serve attendees who appear to be intoxicated. Alert Festival Staff or security staff if necessary
● Beer shall be served only from behind the tables in the booth space.
● All representatives must be 21 years of age and are ID’d and wristbanded
** Those pouring beer may not be intoxicated while working the booth
Last year was wildly successful with attendance at over 3000 people. This years’ festival will feature 30 breweries and cideries. We would love for you to bring out your brewery representatives... we want you to tell the story of your brewery and your beer. Our goal is that this drives awareness and traffic back to each of you. This year's festival will also feature food trucks, games, live music, vendors and more.

Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Once you have submitted your application - we will review and approve within one week. To be confirmed for the brewery participation, sponsorship check must be received within 10 days of approval.
