Festival Location: Brookfield Place Waterfront, 230 Vesey Street New York, NY 10281

Time: 4PM to 8:30PM (will vary depending on your assigned role)

Age Requirement: At least 16 years old*

Dress Code: Athletic Wear

PLEASE READ: To be a volunteer, you must be at your assigned role DURING the run/walk. We are looking for people who are available to fulfill their roles WHILE the registered participants are out on course. Please kindly keep this in mind if you are a registered participant or are planning to be.

Volunteer Roles (required to select a minimum of 2 options)

Please note that roles are limited, and they are on a first come, first serve basis. You may not be guaranteed the role you want so please choose more than one role.

T-Shirt Tent (*May have earlier arrival time* - responsible for handing out t-shirts to runners after marking their bib tag)Food & Beverage (responsible for handing out snacks/beverages to runners and walkers)Directional Help & Greeters (be responsible for greeting runners/walkers into the festival area, guiding them to start line, introducing activities in the festival, etc.)

Route Marshal (*Recommended for groups*) - depending on location; you will be responsible for cheering the runners/walkers, directing unexpected traffic, signage is clear and upright, etc. Don't worry - you will have staff to guide you the entire time!)Water Stop (our 3-mile course will have 2 separate water stops; you will be responsible for handing out water bottles to runners/walkers)

Event Photographer - Will Meet and discuss with event coordinator prior to event for instructions. Must provide experience/portfolio to be considered.Must sign an acknowledgement agreement to volunteer
