DEADLINE TO ENTER WITHOUT PENALTY, August 16, 2024.
$35 Office Fee per horse.

Entry Deadline, August 16, 2024.

A one-time $35 Late Fee per horse will occur on August 17, 2024.

ALL Scratches Must be made by 5 pm the day before class is scheduled with forms provided in horse show office or on the online Jot Add/Scratch Form. All scratches made after 5 pm will not receive a refund.

No Charge for Changes or Adding horse show classes at this event using forms provided in the horse show office or on the online Jot Entry Add/scratch forms. Adding after the 5 PM entry deadline will be added to the end of the draw.

Classes running concurrent pay Cattle Fee (1) one time.

NRCHA CLASSES - $10 NRCHA Fee per class

Jackpot Fee $15 / NRCHA Fee $10 / Cattle Fee $75

Owner and Rider Must Be A Current Member of NRCHA, National Reined Cow Horse Assocition

Sunday NRCHA Show

AQHA CLASSES - $10 (one time) AQHA Fee per show

Owner and Rider Must Be a Current Member of AQHA, American Quarter Horse Association

Classes running concurrent pay Cattle Fee (1) one time.

A one time AQHA Drug fee of $10 will be charged per Judge/per Show

Friday/Saturday AQHA VRH Show

Sunday AQHA Special Event Show - Working Cow Horse

1. Copy of Breed Registration papers or Grade Horse Competion License for NRCHA classes reflecting the current owner.

2. Current AQHA/NRCHA membership cards for Owner and Rider

3. All horses at this show must have a current, within a year, negative Coggins test result on hand. Florida State Law.

I understand the risks involved in riding horses and/or cow work and voluntarily assume those risks. I also acknowledge that under Florida Statute Chapter 773 that an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or death of a participant equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. I agree that I will not hold NRCHA, AQHA, Florida Equine Disaster Response, Okeechobee Agri-Civic Center and Fairgrounds, Cowtown Classic, or any of the directors, officers, employees, volunteers, clients, or participants liable for any injury or property damage risking out of or caused by this horse show.
