The DC crew has been hard at work preparing for our best reunion yet! Please use this form to share your preferences for Saturday Social Time, list all attendees you are registering, share anything newsworthy from your family unit, and order t-shirts.

Registration fees include:

Meet & Greet w/ refreshments (Friday Evening)
Dinner Banquet (Saturday Evening)
Morning Manna (Sunday prayer breakfast)

At this time, you may choose to:

Pay In Full
- Full payments will be processed through PayPal, using any credit or debit card.
Pay a $50 deposit for the household you are registering.
- Deposits can be paid using Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal (use "Friends & Family" option).
- An invoice will be generated to reflect remaining amount due.
- Final payments must be submitted by May 31, 2024.

An "Early Bird" registration discount of $10/person is applied when you register AND submit minimum deposit of $50 between February 17 thru March 12, 2024. This discount has already been incorporated in the product price.

T-shirts are sold separately and must be paid-in-full upon ordering. If T-shirts are not purchased during registration (only available for Full Payment option), you will be able to order them separately at your convenience. [T-Shirt Order Form]

After registration, there will able a form available to help update the Barnes Family Tree. Please consider helping us honor our family's history, present and future by sharing information about your family unit.

Instructions to finalize your registration and submit full payment:
1. Press the "Submit" button on this form.
2. You will automatically be directed to "Full Payment Form" where you will make selections on number of attendees and any T-shirts desired.
3. Submit payment via PayPal and be sure to select "For Friends & Family" and then RETURN TO MERCHANT to complete transaction.
4. A receipt will be emailed to you automatically.
*Note: If you do not wish to purchase t-shirts at this time, you will be able to order them separately.
Instructions to finalize your registration and submit deposit:
1. Press the "Submit" button on this form.
2. You will automatically be directed to a "Purchase Order Form" to generate an invoice based on your desired registration selections.
3. Payment options will be presented to submit the deposit manually. (If using PayPal, select "For Friends & Family")
4. An invoice with total price will be emailed to you, automatically. Your deposit will be reflected in the remaining balance by the administrative team AFTER the payment is fully processed.
