The reason I do this process is because I only work with 15-18 clients at a time. This allows me to be way more involved, build deeper relationships and make lasting changes. If I'm not changing lives in a serious way, I'm wasting my time. I've learned that clients need me to teach them exactly what to do to reach their health goals, need me to be 'in-the-game' with them, and need the process to be stress free. If we were to work together, my promise is that you'll NEVER need to invest in another program like this again. Together, we just need to figure out what works best for you so that you can stop wasting time and money on this problem. My goal is to only take on women who are EXTREMELY motivated to reach their goals, and want to work on their health from the inside out. It's about holistic health, and becoming the best version of yourself, not just about the weight. If you're not interested in this, we're not a good fit.
