BULLY-FREE CONTRACT
We are committed to creating a bully-free zone at camp. Bullying is defined as intentionally aggressive behavior that can take many forms. Common behaviors attributed to bullying include put-downs, name calling, rumors, gossip, verbal threats, menacing, harassment, intimidation, social isolation or exclusion, and physical assaults. Any bully behavior must be reported to an adult and then to the camp director immediately.
I commit to encouraging my camper to always respect others, and I have instructed my camper not to bully. I have advised my camper to report any bullying to an adult. I understand that my camper will be sent home (without a refund) if my camper engages in bullying behavior.
