Membership and Tournament Entry fees are non-refundable.

ISFA will assume that the main Contact Person for Football will also be the contact person for all tournaments entered. If schools wish to appoint a different contact person for any individual tournament, please ensure this has been done on the Competition Entry page.

All membership and tournament entries WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY E-MAIL. If you do not receive this acknowledgement, it is likely that your application has not been received.

MEMBERSHIP AND TOURNAMENT ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS BOTH THIS FORM AND PAYMENT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
