Salute to Business Awards Nomination Form
We love celebrating businesses! Help us recognize deserving companies, organizations, clients or business partners by nominating them (self-nominations are welcome too!)

Criteria:

·         Must be current members of the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce (listed here).

·         Must be located within O’Fallon-Shiloh limits.

·         Business/organization must have existed for at least 3 years

To nominate a business/organization for an award, please complete this form. Consider factors such as economic impact, innovation, beautification, heritage, and/or community involvement. The selection panel will determine the most fitting award for the nominations.

Not all awards are presented each year and any combination of awards may be given.

Please provide us with a brief description explaining why you believe a particular business/organization deserves an award. Consider factors such as economic impact, innovation, beautification, heritage, community involvement, etc. The following criteria will be considered by our selection panel:

Economic Impact:

- Years in business
- Employment
- Commitment to the community
- Expansions/Renovations
- New/unique services to the community
- Direct/employee volunteer participation in education, civic, and charitable organizations
- Community advocacy
- Collaboration with other businesses, non-profits, or government
- Any distinguishing features that set them apart from other businesses

Business Transformation:

- Enhancements made in the past year to the exterior/interior and/or landscaping of an existing building or new construction with landscaping
- Preservation of historical/cultural designated properties
-Innovation

Heritage Recognition:

Consideration for businesses/organizations celebrating 50, 75, or 100 years in operation in 2026.
