A research fee is REQUIRED in order to proceed with creating your personalized quote. Please note that the travel quote provided is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. After this period, a new quote request and payment will be required before any further research or booking can be conducted. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! Please note: Prices and availability fluctuate daily and are subject to change without notice. As such, the rates and options provided in this quote are not guaranteed until your booking is finalized. Keep in mind, if your trip is less than 90 days away,

Each research fee includes up to three customized quotes for your selected destination. If you decide to change the destination, a new research fee will be required to begin the quoting process for that location.

- Domestic/International Planning (up to 4 rooms booked together w/ 1-3 people per room) Research Fee: $25.00 (non-refundable). Up to 3 quotes per fee.

- Domestic/International Groups Planning (minimum 5 rooms booked together w/ 1-3 people per room) Research Fee: $100.00 (non-refundable). Up to 3 quotes per fee.

*Groups with Multiple departure cities- $5.00 extra per city. Groups with mulitple departure cities require different airports, so a quote has to be pulled for each departure city.

*Please allow 1- 2 Business Days to receive your quote.

(Most quotes only require less than 24 hours but could take up to 2 or 3 days for groups (varies based on destination, number of travelers and added excursions or special events)

We highly recommend Travel Insurance, which is a vital part of your travel arrangements. Insurance protects you, your trip and your travel investment.

Travel suppliers, airline carriers, or travel agencies do not compensate any of your unforeseen expenses in the event of cancellation or failure to make your trip (missed flights, cruises, etc.), lost baggage, loss of health, death and/or accidents or emergency evacuation due to illness, natural disasters or acts of terrorism.

We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a travel insurance policy for the duration of your journey.

Should you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you must sign a travel insurance waiver and assume sole financial liability for all direct and indirect consequences and costs resulting from events occurring before or during the trip.

The Client does not have the right to demand compensation from the travel agency for any unforeseen expenses incurred as a direct result of cancellation or failure to make your trip, lost baggage, loss of health, death, accidents and/or emergency evacuation due to natural disasters or acts of terrorism, if the travel agency is not the direct and immediate cause and reason for these expenses.

This is also valid if the travel agency did not separately offer to you the possibility to buy travel insurance for other services bought and did not clarify the possible consequences of not having such insurance.
