All WFG Coded Associates are eligible to enroll. (No Qualication Needed)

ELITE CIRCLE PROTOCOL & RULES
MUST RREAD the Protocol & Rules before enrollment:
1. Enrollment fee are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE. Cancellation for any reason will not receive a refund of any amount.
2. Enrollment & Class Schedules are LOCATION SPECIFIC;
  Not refundable, interchangeable nor transferable between locations.
3. Dress Code: Business Attire, CEO Hierarchy shirt or Elite Circle shirt
4. Spouses are welcome to participate and are already included in the registration fee. Elite will be responsible for the costs of graduation shirts, materials, and other expenses for 1 person (the Cadet). Additional items and travel expenses for spouses may be purchased at Cadets own expense.
5. The enrollment fees are used to pay for the expenses to have all the Guest Speakers, Meeting Room Rental, AV, AC, Speaker Airfare, Lodging, Gift, etc. No Food will be provided by Elite Circle.
6. Online Registration by Cadets only on or before 11:59pm on the Thursday before Class 1.
7. Possible TRAVEL to SoCal for ONE of the ELITE CLASS.
8. The policy of “NO EXCEPTIONS and NO EXCUSES” applies at all times.
9. Photography, including camera-enabled cell phones, videotaping, and audio-recording during Elite Circle is forbidden.
10. Cadet must read the Elite Circle Rules & Protocol found on the Elite Circle Website homepage before completing enrollment. To View: NorCal Elite Circle Rules & Protocols
11. Respect to organizers, trainers, advisors and each other.
12. All classes are Live In-Person.
13. Cadet need to maintain above 0 (zero) point in the final tally to attend the next class. Example: To attend class 2, cadet need to have positive point by the end of class 1, To attend class 3, cadet need to have positive point by the end of class 2. etc.
Automatic Disqualification
- Absent on Graduation Day
- Cheating on Homework
- Leakage of material or detail of Elite circle, in any degree to any person outside Elite Circle Team
- Absent for 2 or more sessions (no show, late arrival, or leaving early all count as absent)
- When Cadet's final point is 0 & below.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
1. In consideration for my participation in all activities/travels engaged in during any Elite Circle event/classes, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Penney Ooi, World Financial Group, Inc. and TFA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries and parent companies (collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity.
2. To the best of my knowledge, I am not aware of any physical disability or health-related reasons or problems which would preclude or restrict my participation in this activity. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with this trip, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity, knowing that the activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such an activity.
3. I have adequate health insurance necessary to provide for and pay any medical costs that may directly or indirectly result from my participation in this activity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees that may be incurred, due to my participation in said activity.
4. It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind my family, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue Releasees. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
  
  In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same.
