Setup
All exhibitors need to be ready no later than 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
NO Vehicle may drive on the event property between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Breakdown and Departure
Breakdown and loadout will begin when the event ends at 6:00 p.m on Saturday, July 27 and 2:00pm on Sunday, July 28. No packing, dismantling, or moving of trucks/vehicles will be permitted prior to the official closing of the event.
NO vehicles are to be driven on the festival grounds until all guests are off-site and event organizers have given the all-clear.
All vehicles must be gone by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28.
This is a two-day event, please plan to participate on both days.
Security
X Takeover is not responsible for the security of the exhibits or the materials contained within. X Takeover undertakes no duty to exercise care, nor assumes any responsibility, for the protection and safety of the Exhibitor, its officials, agents, or employees, or the protection of the property used in connection with the exhibit, from theft, injury, or damage. The exhibit area is never secure—do not leave valuable items or money within easy reach at any time. Never leave valuables unattended.
Marketing
Please promote the X Takeover event to your friends or family via social media channels and/or email. The event is open to the public with the purchase of a ticket, more information can be found on our websiter here. We will also include your truck name in an email blast to attendees a few days before the event. It is mutually beneficial to promote this event, we appreciate your participation in marketing efforts.
Safety
You must weigh down any tent or shade structures with at least 25 pounds per leg for safety reasons. If for any reason you are asked to take down a shade structure due to safety hazard, you agree to do this.
