    Ministry Event, Program, and/ or Meeting Planning Form
  • The following steps should be followed to ensure
    proper coordination and maximum success of the proposed event.
    1. In order to secure an event on the approved Bethesda Temple Master Calendar, this form must be completed.
    2. Complete and submit this form at least 30 days prior to event date to ensure all necessary modes and coordination is achieved.
    3. Your request is not approved until you receive an emailed approval from the office of our pastor, Bishop Craig S. High.
    4. Final approval of any speaker for any event is at the discretion of our pastor, Bishop Craig S. High.
    5. Do not advertise the event until you have received approval.
    6. If you have requested any service that requires a charge or fee, you will be contacted seperately by the appropriate administrator to coordinate the needed service after your event has been officially approved.
    7. If you have any preferred setup requests, please submit a floorplan layout.
