The following steps should be followed to ensure
proper coordination and maximum success of the proposed event.
- In order to secure an event on the approved Bethesda Temple Master Calendar, this form must be completed.
- Complete and submit this form at least 30 days prior to event date to ensure all necessary modes and coordination is achieved.
- Your request is not approved until you receive an emailed approval from the office of our pastor, Bishop Craig S. High.
- Final approval of any speaker for any event is at the discretion of our pastor, Bishop Craig S. High.
- Do not advertise the event until you have received approval.
- If you have requested any service that requires a charge or fee, you will be contacted seperately by the appropriate administrator to coordinate the needed service after your event has been officially approved.
- If you have any preferred setup requests, please submit a floorplan layout.
