  • Please Note: We ask that you arrive at Willowbrook Farm's 10  minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. This will allow the necessary time for check-in and for the group line up process. This will ensure your tour is on time and that you do not miss out on any of your scheduled tour activities.
     
  • We need your help please - Will you please notify parents and siblings of the following: PARENTS & SIBLINGS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY SEPERATELY AND ON THEIR OWN AT Willowbrook Farm Store.  Please ask them to go immediately to the farm store immediately upon arrival to check in for the tour. Please also tell them they will be reunited with their children before the first tour activity begins.

    Within 3 business days: We'll contact your primary contact by phone to discuss your reservation, finalize details, and confirm your tour date & time.
     
    Confirmation email: You'll receive an email confirming your details and an estimated field trip cost form to share with your school bookkeeper.
