Hair Extension Model Consent Form

I hereby grant permission to Hair Extensions by Anne to take photographs of my hair before and after the hair extension application. 

I understand these photographs may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, marketing materials, and other advertising mediums. 

I acknowledge that my identity may be disclosed in connection with these photographs, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. 

I agree that Hair Extensions by Anne owns all rights to these photographs and may use them at their discretion. 

I understand that this consent is voluntary, and I will not receive compensation for the use of these photographs.
