Welcome to our new and improved weightlifting programs! We offer three tailored options to help you achieve your training goals, each designed to address specific priorities and needs.
Foundational Strength Block: This program focuses on building overall strength in your squat, deadlift, and overhead press. Emphasizing foundational strength and power, it features fewer technical lifts and more straightforward movements to help you develop a solid strength base.
Olympic Weightlifting Program: Here we will prioritise the Clean and Jerk, and Snatch with this specialized program. You'll focus on positional work, refine your technique, and gain the confidence needed to excel in these complex lifts.
Personalized Weightlifting Programming: For those seeking a customized approach, our personalized programming option offers a training plan tailored specifically to your strengths and weaknesses. You'll receive individualized workouts, including movements, reps, sets, warm-ups, and accessory exercises, all designed to meet your unique goals. Plus, you will receive weekly check-ins with your coach to ensure you stay on track and achieve your targets.

Once you have subscribed to our program you will receive an invitation via email to join. Each week your training plan will be updated.
Although our program is easy to understand and has a variety of demonstrations to follow, we recommend that you have at least 1+ years experience in Weightlifting or CrossFit to better help you complete the program. Our recommendation is that you spread the program over 4 days within the same week as evenly as you can to see the best results! We can't wait to see some PB's and goals accomplished through your consistency and hard work.
