  • Welcome to our new and improved weightlifting programs! We offer three tailored options to help you achieve your training goals, each designed to address specific priorities and needs.

    Foundational Strength Block: This program focuses on building overall strength in your squat, deadlift, and overhead press. Emphasizing foundational strength and power, it features fewer technical lifts and more straightforward movements to help you develop a solid strength base.

    Olympic Weightlifting Program: Here we will prioritise the Clean and Jerk, and Snatch with this specialized program. You'll focus on positional work, refine your technique, and gain the confidence needed to excel in these complex lifts.

    Personalized Weightlifting Programming: For those seeking a customized approach, our personalized programming option offers a training plan tailored specifically to your strengths and weaknesses. You'll receive individualized workouts, including movements, reps, sets, warm-ups, and accessory exercises, all designed to meet your unique goals. Plus, you will receive weekly check-ins with your coach to ensure you stay on track and achieve your targets.

    Choose the program that best fits your needs, and take the next step in your weightlifting journey!

    Once you have subscribed to our program you will receive an invitation via email to join. Each week your training plan will be updated.

    Although our program is easy to understand and has a variety of demonstrations to follow, we recommend that you have at least 1+ years experience in Weightlifting or CrossFit to better help you complete the program. Our recommendation is that you spread the program over 4 days within the same week as evenly as you can to see the best results! We can't wait to see some PB's and goals accomplished through your consistency and hard work.

  • Waiver and Release of Liability: 

    • I acknowledge that participating in programs provided by Driven Programming involve various weightlifting and gymnastics movements, strenuous bodyweight exercises and other high exertion exercises which can be potentially hazardous activities. 
    • I acknowledge that I am not obligated to perform or participate in any activity that I do not wish to do, and that it is my right to refuse such participation at any time during my independent training sessions that are based on the advice provided from the purchased program/s. 
    • I am voluntarily agreeing to participate in any programs purchased from Driven Programming, and hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury, physical harm and/or death. 
    • I acknowledge and represent that I am physically sound, and I do not suffer from any illnesses, physical or intellectual impairment, disease or other conditions (unless otherwise privately disclosed prior) that would prevent me from performing any exercises, using any equipment or participating in any training session based on the advice provided from the purchased program/s.
    • In consideration of my voluntary participation to completing the programs provided by Driven Programming, I do hereby knowingly and voluntarily (on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and assigns) forever waive, release and discharge the team in its entirety at Driven Programming (including but not limited to Driven Programming employees, agents, representatives, each of their successors and assigns) from any and all liability, damages, losses, suits, demands, cause of action (including without limitation and negligence) and/or other claims of any related nature whatsoever (including without limitation to personal injury or death arising out of/or relating to in any way), to my participation of programs provided by Driven Programming. 

    Intellectual Property Acknowledgement:

    • I understand and agree that the programs purchased from, provided by, as well as any and all materials related to and distributed by Driven Programming, are for my personal use only, and may not be copied, shared, sold or distributed to other individuals and businesses whatsoever, unless approved otherwise advised in writing by the owners of Driven Programming, including the distribution via social media. 
    • I understand and agree that any and all programs and materials provided by and distributed from Driven Programming, are for my personal use only, and cannot be copied, shared, sold or distributed to other individuals, nor can they be utilized in any business setting, without written consent and approval by the owners of Driven Programming. 
    • I understand that the resources and services provided by Driven Programming (although purchased) remain the intellectual property of Driven Programming. 
    • If this agreement is found to be broken, Driven Programming reserves the right to immediate termination of the services provided, and depending on the severity of the case, upon discretion, could escalate to legal action if deemed necessary. 

    Media Release:

    • I agree to allow Driven Programming, its agents, officers, principals, employees and volunteers access to use picture/s, film, and/or likeness of me for advertising purposes. I understand I must inform Driven Programming in writing, if I am unable to agree to the media release due to safety and legal reasons only. 

     

     

    Subscription Terms and Conditions. 

    Subscription Payments:

    • Weekly subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled as per the scheduled date arrangements organised with Driven Programming, or per the cancellation policy. (subscription week is Sunday-Saturday).
    • In the instance a payment dishonours, the system will attempt to retrieve payment a maximum of four times after failure.
    • If payment is not received after retries have been attempted AND/OR if this continues over multiple occasions, subscription will be paused until fees are paid or in some cases cancelled.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations are to be organised with Driven Programming directly and can be amended within a week's notice. The week Driven Programming has been notified of cancellation will be the last week of payment regardless of the day (a subscription week is Sunday to Saturday).
    • Cancellations can also be organised for a later date if required, please ensure this has been confirmed by Driven Programming to avoid being charged extra fees past your specified date.
    • All payments must be up to date prior to cancellation or paid in full after cancellation is completed (if behind in payments). Cancellations do not void payments that were not made, missed or avoided while under contract. Manual payments options will be sent via email to ensure payments are made in full and Driven Programming will contact the customer to help where possible.
    • Cancellation of subscription can be made by Driven Programming at any time if multiple payment dishonours are recognised, scheduled end date due to a program ending  (only if a set period of time is given), or for any reason Driven Programming deems necessary.
  • I, * hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this "Waiver and Release Of Liability" and "Subscriptions Terms and Conditions" form in consideration of purchasing and participating in the online training program provided by Driven Programming.

    I represent and acknowledge that I have read and understand the liability and waiver release form provided by Driven Programming. The invalidity in whole or in part of any portion of the above paragraphs will not affect the remainder of this form. My voluntary execution of this form evidences my agreement to the terms, provisions, waiver and releases as set forth above.
