Sponsorship opportunities and space are limited and will be first come first served. Previous year’s sponsors have right of first refusal. Sold out sponsorships will be marked as soon as possible but could become unavailable at any moment. The presence of an option on this form does not guarantee availability. If your selection is unavailable, a representative will be in touch to offer alternative options. You would also have the opportunity to withdraw your request at that time with no penalty.

This contract is for your booth space only. Booth attendants must register online once convention registration is open. It is not assumed that the contact above will be an attendant. You will be notified when registration opens. Select booth and sponsorship packages come with one or more complimentary booth attendants. Additional attendants may register at an additional rate. Your invoice will be credited for any complementary registrations. As this show holds various networking events and meals in the exhibit hall, the published rate is the lowest rate available for additional booth attendants and is inclusive of all convention activities including all education. Your full participation is encouraged.

We have all come to understand that this situation continues to be fluid. Vaccine efficacy and availability, the development and spread of new variants, and additional spikes in cases cannot be controlled by any individual. Each state, municipality, and organization has their own regulations, policies, and procedures to manage. Each individual has their own reservations, conditions, and circumstances to consider. With this in mind, a commitment to participate in convention is as flexible as the situation. Cancelation of any registration due to concerns for one’s safety or wellbeing will be met with understanding and flexibility. Furthermore, should the in-person event be canceled each attendee, sponsor, and exhibitor will have the option to receive a full refund, credit towards whatever virtual event replaces it, or a credit for next year’s event. This language supersedes any related language in our terms and conditions.
Cancelation Policy
*
If Exhibitor desires to cancel this Contract, Exhibitor may only do so by giving notice thereof in writing sent to the Concrete Foundations Association with evidence of receipt. If such written notice is received at least 120 days prior to the start of the show, then Exhibitor will remain liable for 50% of the total exhibit fee. Otherwise, Exhibitor will remain liable for 100% of the total exhibit fee, regardless of when this Contract is executed by Exhibitor. In addition, Exhibitor will remain liable for 100% of all fees paid or payable in respect of sponsorships and promotional products, regardless of when this Contract is executed or cancelled by Exhibitor. These amounts are considered to be liquidated and agreed upon damages, for the injuries Management will suffer as a result of Exhibitor’s cancellation. This provision for liquidated and agreed upon damages is a bona fide provision and not a penalty. The parties understand that the withdrawal of the space reserved from availability and, if applicable, the cancellation of sponsorships and/or promotional materials, in each case at a time when other parties would be interested in such space and/or products, will cause Management to sustain substantial damages that will not be capable of determination with mathematical precision. Therefore, the provisions for liquidated and agreed upon damages have been incorporated into this Contract as a valid pre-estimate of these damages. The date of cancellation shall be the date Management receives the notice.
