The student must make sure to upload the evidence document below for the reason the refund is requested.
- If your student visa has been refused by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA), please upload the copy of the Refusal Letter from DHA.
- If you have not commenced your course and are applying for withdrawal then a copy of the completed Application for Withdrawal Form is required to be attached.
- If you have commenced your course and are applying for withdrawal then a copy of the completed Change of Course Application Form is required to be attached.
If, there are no attachments to this form, the application for the refund will be rejected and the student will need to redo the refund form, upload & re-submit the form correctly.
Note: The refund application may take upto 20 business days after the AIA have recevied the correct information from the student.
