To ensure the processing of your refund application, please upload the required documents in the upload fields below. Applications submitted without the necessary documents will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. The following documents must be uploaded for the AIA Team to review and process your application:
- If your Student Visa Application has been refused, please upload the Refusal Letter from the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).
- If you have changed your course, please upload the acknowledgment email received from AIA.
- If you have completed the Course Withdrawal Form on the AIA website, please upload the acknowledgment email received from AIA.
- If you have other reasons as stated in the AIA Refund Policy, please upload the relevant documents accordingly.
Note: The refund application may take up to 20 business days to process after AIA has received the correct information from the student.
Refunds will be granted only in accordance with AIA's Refund Policies & Procedures. For more information, please refer to the Forms and Policies available on the AIA website.
