Woodinville Pride will be celebrated on Saturday June 7, 2025 - from 12-5pm at Wilmot Gateway Park.
We are thrilled to be able to highlight and elevate local 2SLGBTQIA+ owned businesses, creators and equity & equity focused organizations that do good work in the queer community.
This application is the first step in our selection process. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder), as we'll be reaching out via email to gather more details so we can best plan our Event layout. If selected please decorate your space to reflect pride, love and inclusivity. Have fun and be creative!
- Booth setup opens up at 9am and needs to be completed by 12pm
- Pricing is tiered this year to better align with other local Pride celebrations and are as follows:
Independent Creators: $50
Nonprofits:
Small: $100
Medium: $200
Large: $300
Businesses:
Small: $500
Medium: $750
Large: $1,000
- Vendors are expected to provide their own table, chair(s), 10x10 canopy, weights for canopy.
- This is a family-friendly event. Behavior and exhibits that are against the interest of the LGBTQ+ community are not permitted.
- Vendors are responsible for their own set-up & take-down, including cleaning any trash or debris in your area.
- Each vendor will be expected to donate a small something (your product or Pride related) to our grand prize basket. Each person that comes to the event will get a raffle ticket and the winner will receive the Pride Basket filled with these donations. The donation can be a small ($5-10 value) item.
- Cancellations with less than two weeks' notice will not have their booth fee refunded.
- Vehicles are NOT permitted to drive into the Park and no cords or hoses are permitted to cross pedestrian walkways or trails.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, vendors and performers, we are excited to partner with an LGBTQ+ security team to avoid having a police presence.
