Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will form part of our small team and be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service in a fun but fast-paced environment.
The role involves:
- Preparation and cooking in a "line kitchen" style environment.
- General kitchen duties, including cleaning and organizing your workspace.
- Ensuring adherence to high food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain efficient workflow during events.
- Serving customers.
- Adhering to licensing laws and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this application and role, you must:
- Have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or another fast-paced environment.
- Have an Allergen & Intolerance Training certificate, with a strong understanding of the importance of allergen control.
- Have the ability to work in a coeliac-safe kitchen, prioritizing allergen safety.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Have an approachable and friendly attitude with a focus on customer service skills for front-of-house duties.
- Be proactive and confident in using initiative to address challenges.
- Be punctual and reliable
Preferred qualities
- Have a valid full UK driving license.
- Have a valid Level 2 Food Safety qualification obtained within the last 3 years.
