Granby Sign-In

You MUST be signed in and wearing the correct color-coded wristband/armband(according to your membership TYPE) in order to enter firearm area.

Your color-coded band will also include your FIRST NAME, MEMBER ID#, and BILL DATE written on your wristband. The wristbands and Sharpie markers will be in the clubhouse under a surveillance camera. NOTE: It is unlawful to take more than 1 band per person/per day and the check-in is only valid for one day.

To sign in properly, you will need the following.

1) Your Name & Membership TYPE (family, single, long-range, etc)

2) Your Member ID#

3) Your Bill Date (verifies membership expiration date)

Board members, RSO, Instructors, Committee leaders & Lifetime members will wear armbands not wristbands.

Press the "Send It !" button at the end of this form and make sure you get a confirmation message on the screen before entering the Firearm area.

First and Last Name ( as entered on your membership records)*

Your first and last name should match the records as shown on the top of your EZ facility page. See below pictures for reference.

Membership ID #*

If you don't know your membership number offhand, you can find it by going to the Granby EZ facility webpage and clicking on your profile picture which takes you to your profile page where you will find your membership ID#. That page also shows the type of membership you have. (See below pictures)

Bill Date*

The purpose of the bill date is to acknowledge that your membership is current and not expired. Your bill date should not be more than 1 year older than today's date. By entering this date, you are confirming your memership date HAS NOT EXPIRED. The Bill date is also on the Granby EZ facility portal. (See below pictures)

Having a Long Range Membership does not automaticaly mean you are certified to shoot long range. Long range certifications are needed to shoot past 300 yards. You must be authroized by the BOD and on record to shoot long range. Please agree to these terms before putting on an ORANGE wristband and shooting long range.

Guests should be given BLUE wristbands for the day. Put THERE name on the wirstband, but use YOUR Member ID# and YOUR Bill date. GUESTS MUST sign the online waiver and it is the member's responsibilty that the waiver is signed. See below QR-code at the very bottom of this form, where we also provide URLs and shortcuts for the guests waiver.

Optional Question:

The BOD is gathering information about which days and divisions are slowest during the week so we can plan maintenance and Vendor traffic around these days and periods. This information is helpful so we can avoid disrupting shooters and keep the range open during the most active periods. You can select more than one option and you are not obligated to these choices for the day.

Don't forget, IT IS REQUIRED that the wristband/armband remains VISIBLE so all members can see it without the need for a confrontation. If you are wearing long sleeves or a jacket, keep the wristband on the OUTSIDE of the garment. If anyone is seen breaking this rule, they should be reported on the "Send Comment to Leadership" form on our website. The BOD will be keeping records and paying attention to members who are violating this security measure. This is something the entire club feels strongly about.

If you don't know your MEMBER ID#, MEMBERSHIP TYPE and/or your BILL DATE, you will need to login to your Granby EZfacility portal to find that information. We suggest you do this once, and keep it handy for future visits

The Granby EZfacility portal can be found by clicking through our club website; Granbybowandgunclub.com > click on Membership tab > click on Member's Login and login with your EZ credentials. We illustrate where you can find MEMBER ID# and BILL DATE with the screen-shots at the bottom of this form. (It might be easier to review these helpful screen-shots below and gather your data before trying to fill out this form).
