• Any claim not submitted within 30 days of occurrence.
• Any pre-existing damage that occurred prior to the purchase of this Warranty.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Claims without pictures of the damage prior to repair, where required.
• Any consequential or incidental damages or personal injury or wrongful death damages.
• Loss of time or use of vehicle or inconvenience or consequential damages to the
  vehicle, to you or third parties.
• Defects in material or workmanship covered by the tire or rim or vehicle
  manufacturer.
• Any tire or rim that is not made available upon request.
• Damage that is covered under any automobile or home insurance policy.
• Damage caused by improper wheel alignment, balancing, Tire under inflation
  or dry rot.
• Damage caused due to off-road use or street racing or while on a construction site.
• Failure to follow the prescribed tire maintenance schedule according to the
  manufacturer's specifications.
• Any cosmetic damage to chrome wheels or wheels with chrome simulation or dipped
  and powder coated rims.
• Wheel alignment and Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPS).
• Tires or rims not recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
• Nitrogen filling of the tires.
• Dents or dings where the paint has been damaged before or after PDR repair process.
• Bumpers
• Damage caused by acids, dyes, bleaches or corrosives.
• Commercial or government vehicles such as taxis, limousines, rescue, law
  enforcement, farm, construction etc.
• Acts of God (damage from hail, flood, lighting, fire, wind, earthquakes, etc.).
• Snow chain damage or vandalism.
• Damage that occurs outside the Continental United States or Canada.

Tire & Wheel Limited Warranty:
USelect Warranty Corporation warrants that if a tire goes flat because of a road hazard that the tire will be repaired at a cost of up to $80.00 per visit. If the tire cannot be repaired according to industry standards, then the tire will be replaced with a tire of OEM like kind. USelect Warranty Corporation also warrants that if a rim that is damaged due to a flat tire and the tire will no longer seal to the rim, then the rim will be repaired, up to 4 rims during the term of this coverage. If the rim cannot be repaired according to industry standards, then the rim will be replaced with a rim of like kind. USelect Warranty Corporation also warrants for the repair of cosmetic damage to aluminum alloy wheels when it occurs coincident with a required tire replacement due to a road hazard, up to a maximum of $200 per claim. This Limited Tire & Rim Warranty provides for the repair or replacement of the vehicle’s tires and rims for the specified number of years or for as long as the tread depth on the damaged tire is greater than 4/32 of an inch.

uSelect Warranty Corporation will reimburse you for the reasonable costs to repair or replace the rim. USelect Warranty Corporation reserves the right to repair the rim at our cost at the service provider of our choice. USelect Warranty Corporation further reserves the right to replace the damaged rim at our cost with a remanufactured wheel of like kind and quality. Additional charges covered under the Limited Tire or Wheel warranty consist of the following;taxes, valve stems, mounting and tire balancing. This warranty is subject to a combined aggregate claim limit of $2,000.00 per contract plus the applicable taxes for all claims submitted during the term of this coverage.

Replacement of Key/Remote Limited Warranty
USelect Warranty Corporation warrants to replace your vehicle’s Key or Remote if it is accidentally lost, stolen or destroyed. All Keys or Remotes that are reported lost, stolen or destroyed must be deprogrammed by the dealer prior to replacement. The warranty holder will be reimbursed for thereasonable costs to replace the Key or Remote, up to $800 per occurrence. USelect Warranty Corporation reserves the right to use “like kind and quality” replacements for lost or damaged keys/remotes. This warranty is subject to an aggregate limit of $1,600.00 per contract plus the applicable taxes for all claims submitted during the term of this coverage.

Rip/Tear/Burn Limited Warranty
uSelect Warranty Corporation warrants that if the seats, headrest, dash and carpets become accidentally ripped, torn or burned, USelect Warranty Corporation will cause to have the damaged area reconditioned or repaired. The maximum benefit allowed is up to $150.00 plus the applicable taxes per occurrence to repair the damage. This warranty is subject to a combined aggregate claim limit of $600.00 per contract plus the applicable taxes for all claims submitted during the term of this coverage.

Windshield Repair Limited Warranty
uSelect Warranty Corporation warrants that if minor stone chips or cracks due to a road hazard damage the windshield, then the windshield will be repaired up to $150 per occurrence. USelect Warranty Corporation will reimburse you for the reasonable costs to repair the windshield. This warranty is subject to a combined aggregate claim limit of $600.00 per contract plus the applicable taxes for all claims submitted during the term of this coverage.

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Limited Warranty
uSelect Warranty Corporation warrants against minor dings and/or dents on the outer body panels of the vehicle, up to 5cm in diameter, provided the paint is not broken or missing before or after the ding or dent is repaired under the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) process. The maximum benefit allowed is up to $150.00 plus the applicable taxes per occurrence to repair the damage. This warranty is subject to a combined aggregate claim limit of $750.00 percontract plus the applicable taxes for all claims submitted during the term of this coverage.

Headlight/Taillight Protection Limited Warranty
uSelect Warranty Corporation warrants that if a headlight or taillight is damaged as a result of a road hazard that the headlight or taillight will be repaired or replaced out to a maximum benefit allowance of up to $150.00 plus the applicable taxes per occurrence. This warranty is subject to a combined aggregate claim limit of $300.00 per contract plus the applicable taxes for all claims submitted during the term of this coverage.

Car Rental Reimbursement
Car rental coverage is provided when any one of the warranty coverages listed in this contract requires the vehicle to remain at the dealership or repair facility, for a period that is greater than one day. The maximum payout for a rental vehicle is $45.00 plus the applicable taxes per occurrence for a maximum of one day.
