  • ADA Paratransit Eligibility Determination Survey - 2024

    By: Jess Segovia, ADA Guru
  • ADA Guru is conducting a survey of ADA Paratransit Eligibility Determination programs throughout the United States. The purpose of this survey is to understand how public transit agencies manage the eligibility determination process, and to understand the many unique approaches used in our industry.

Please answer the questions below as accurately as possible.  If data is not readily available, make your best educated guess.

The results of this survey will be shared with all who provide an email address.  And feel free to share this survey with other eligibility determination professionals in and around your region.

NOTE: All questions with a red * are required.  All information will be kept confidential and no names, agencies, contact information, etc. will be used or distributed.

As always, thank you for your continued support of ADA Guru!
