2024 Union Square Holiday Market Application
Thank you for your interest in joining us in the 2024 Union Square Holiday Market. Union Square Holiday Market is one of the top performing Holiday Markets in the country, and we are excited to receive your application.
- Application Deadline: May 24th, 2024
- Rental payments will be accepted in the following forms:
- Check/money order
- ACH/bank transfer
- A down payment of $2,000 will be due within 7 days of acceptance into the market. The remaining payment schedule is as follows:
- Monday, July 15th - 50% of total fees due
- Sunday, September 1st - 100% of total fees due
- Premium booth locations will be available for an added cost. Additional information will be available upon acceptance into the market.
- In 2024, all vendors will be required to submit daily sales for the duration of the market via. a third party software approved by Urbanspace.
- All vendors accepted into the market are held to a high standard. Fines will be charged for not opening on time/closing early, signage or displays that do not conform with guidelines, or damage to the kiosk/park property.
- Half booths, Single Booths, and 1.5 booths come equipped with one quantity 60 amp electric box. Double booths come equipped with two quantity 60 amp electric boxes.
- Additional electric can be requested for an added cost.
**Market operations, dates, and exact location of the Holiday Market at Union Square are subject to final approval by all reviewing City Agencies.
