I understand that there are inherent dangers in horseback riding since horses are powerful and potentially dangerous animals. I also understand the risk and the need for the rider to take all reasonable precautions.I, release Stellar Mount Stables and Stock, its Employees, Volunteers, Owners and Lands that this sport occurs on & representatives from liability of any claim that could arise from my and/or his/her participation in horseback riding or any related activities, or of any loss of, or damage to my and/or his/her property.I understand that such horseback riding activities will include, but not be limited to riding, working with horses on foot or any other activity undertaken by participants in riding lessons.In the event of an accident involving me and/or my child there is no obligation on the above mentions facility to secure for me and/or my child’s medical treatment; however I do hereby authorize Stellar Mount Stables and Staff to act in my and/or his/her best interest, which may include the obtaining of the necessary emergency medical treatment.The facility or its Staff or Agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage of property brought to the yard, including money, cell phones, tack and clothing.I grant permission and give consent to take photos and use as promotional or electronic media advertising for the facility mentioned.

Camper Information and Check List
We're looking forward to spending some time horsing around here at Stellar Mount Stables. Summer Camp runs from 9 AM - 4 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Please drop your child off no later than 8:55 AM each day so we can get started. Please pick your child up no later than 4:10 PM, We know traffic happens.

We ask that all parents drive into the lane way at an appropriate speed, let's stay safe! Please get out of your vehicle to drop your child off and to pick them up each day. We will either be at the Picnic Tables next to the front porch of the barn, or just inside the French Doors at the Stable Entrance.

The cost of Camp is: $300 + HST = $339.00 Total.

We require a $100.00 deposit to hold your spot.

We ask that the total amount is paid in full the Monday prior to the Camp your child is attending.

Please write your Childs full name and the camp dates in the notes of the E-Transfer.
Please pack the following:
- lots to drink (refillable water bottle)
- bug spray
- sun screen
- hat
- running shoes
- shorts to change into
- long pants for riding
- a shoe or boot with a heel for riding (rubber rain boots or any Blundstone style boot will be perfect)
- hair tie/elastic (long hair should be in a low pony tail to accomodate helmet)
- lunch and snacks
- swim suit and towel for water activites
- some change for snacks (we have freezies, chips and pop. all $1.00)
- Riding Helmet if you have one, please write name on tag inside
If you don't own a helmet, we do provide ASTM Approved Riding Helmets and maintain them daily. Please, ABSOLUTELY NO CROCS OR SANDALS ALLOWED.
