Over-the-Counter (OTC) medication are drugs that do not require a prescription and are purchased "over-the-counter." This form is required before over-the-counter medication can be administered by Muskogee Teen Center Staff and Youth Volunteer Corps Team Leaders.

We will have a list of medications in our 1st Aid Kits available upon request. OTC medications will be given at the manufacturer's recommended dosage.
