  • Since 1996, the Hispanic Health Coalition (HHC) has been dedicated to improving the welfare of the Hispanic community in the Houston area. As a part of its strategy to fulfill this mission, the Coalition provides scholarships to offer financial assistance to Latino students who are pursuing careers in healthcare. The HHC Scholarship Program, launched in 2011, has played a crucial role in supporting outstanding and deserving Latino scholars. Scholarships of $2,000 each will be awarded to support individuals of Hispanic/Latino heritage aspiring to build careers in healthcare. These scholarships are available through a competitive process for high school seniors, college undergraduates, and graduate students.
