Commission Distribution Structure:
(1, 2) Tax Preparation Services and ITIN Application Services:
a. Sr/Sales personal business: 30% commission
b. Jr/Sales 10% overide to Sr.
c. Jr/Sales 25% commission
(3) Think & Profit Tax and Business Advisory Solutions:
a. Sr/Sales personal business: 20% commission
b. Jr/Sales 5% overide to Sr.
c. Jr/Sales 15% commission on personal originations
Additional Notes:
The commission structure is based on the net sales revenue generated from each service category. Overrides are provided to Sales/Recruiting Managers for their Recruitment, leadership, and oversight efforts. Commission percentages are subject to review and may adjustment based on performance evaluations and business needs.
