• DUC and Residential Life Flyer Request

  • All registered student organizations, clubs, and university departments are able to submit flyers to be posted in our DUC Table Tents or in the Residential Halls.

    Approval of flyers is subject to avialbility and proper submission.

    RSO's and Student Clubs must have their flyers approved and stamped by SLIC prior to submission. Any RSO's without a stamped flyer will be denied. To contact SLIC email SLIC@Pacific.edu

    All submissions are due no later than Wednesday at noon of the week prior to posting. Approved and denied emails will go out Thursday morning. Denied flyers will have until 5 PM to fix and respond to the email.

    Approved flyers need to be printed, cut, and dropped off at the DUC Front desk by Sunday 8 PM. 

    If you want flyers posted in the residential communities please plan ahead and submit requests 2 weeks in advance. Residential flyers dropped off less that 2 weeks prior to desired posting date are not guranteed to be posted.

    New Flyers Will be posted Monday of each week.

    All flyers must show consideration to the following information:

    • Flyer must clearly show or state the sponsoring organization
    • Events should be free and accessible to all University students
    • Who? - Who is hosting, who is the event for, etc.
    • What? - What is the event?
    • When? - What time does the event start/end?
    • Where? - Where is the event taking place?
    • SSD Accommodations -
      • "For accommodations for this program please contact (enter your email)"

    Sizing:
    Table Top Flyers - 4" x 5.5" (75 copies)

    Residential Flyers: - 8.5" x 11" or 4.25" x 5.5" (75 copies)
