Recognition Show You Care Pin Order Form

The "Recognition" pillar of the Show You Care Pin Program, or "Care Pin" Program for short, allows you to present commemorative enamel pins to your colleagues in recognition of their contributions to their patients, their peers, and BCH as a whole. You can show you care for your colleagues by presenting them with a pin, and you can show you care for your peers and patients by displaying pins presented to you on your BCH lanyard. Each pin also donates in you or your colleague's honor to fund employee programs such as the Emergency Assistance Fund, the Hoover Education Fund, and the Employee Appreciation Council through the BCH Foundation.

Recognition Care Pins are only available internally to staff for a minimum donation of $20, however, you may donate more if you like. Click here to donate additional funds in honor of your colleague.
