Working Spots

Please note - if you would like to be considered for a working spot you must register for an audit spot. Next, tick which seminar below that you would like to register your interest for in a working spot. This must be done by April 30th. You will be emailed a separate form to gain a history of your dog. To provide the best learning opportunities for attendees, working spots will be allocated to ensure we get a cross section of breeds, ages, temperaments and abilities. If you are selected for a working spot you will be notified late May/early June and an additional fee oas per the pricing above will be payable within 10 days to secure your working spot.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled.

Waiver – By signing this form you;

1. I acknowledge that the attendance at any lesson, seminar, workshop, group class held by Perth Scent Work and all employees may involve risk or injury or damage to; myself, other, my dog, or property, even when all due care is taken and attention has been taken and subject to clause 2 below assume the risk involved

2. Perth Scent Work acknowledges and understands that it will exercise all due care in carrying out the service in conformity with the fair-trading act and WHS rules and regulations

3. In consideration Perth Scent Work and any premises on which a service is provided I otherwise release Perth Scent Workand all its employees and contractors from any liability whatsoever for any injury or damage resulting in any way.

4. I agree and understand that dogs are not to interact in anyway with other dogs on the premises.

5. I agree to photos being taken which can be used as advertising material for Perth Scent Work
