The HLA House of Lords Reception 2026

This is the form to apply for an invitation to the HLA House of Lords Reception. Those who are currently an HLA Member or a Fellow automatically qualify to receive an invitation to the reception. If you are a current HLA Member or a Fellow and have not received an invitation to the reception, we would recommend that you email hello@medics.academy stating that you are currently a Member or a Fellow of the HLA and that you would like to attend the reception.

If you are not a Member or a Fellow of the HLA, but you are a scholar or an alumnus or Other and would like to attend the reception, please fill out the form below and submit it to be considered for a place.

• Date: 12th May 2026
• Time: 15:30pm
• Event: Drinks reception
• Venue: The Terrace, House of Lords, Palace of Westminster, UK Parliament, London, SW1A 0AA. 
• Attire: Lounge or Business Attire

To be considered for a place at the HLA House of Lords Reception, please give us the following details as places at the event are very limited and will be allocated based on a variety of criteria such as:

• Successful completion of HLA projects and submission of projects
• Contribution to the HLA
• Previous attendance at HLA events
• Active participation in the HLA community
• Roles as a HLA mentor
• Providing other support to current & future HLA scholars
