Our basic service includes: mowing, weedeating, bagging/mulching all lawn areas. Spraying all weeds within a reasonable distance to lawn areas. We will blow off porches, patios, side walks and carports. If we have access to controls, we will check sprinklers.
Leaf Service
We have found that leaf service is the most efficient way to keep on top of your leaves and keep your property looking good throughout the winter. Leaves are mulched or bagged as necessary and removed from all lawn areas, front curb, front porch, driveway, rear patio, and the alley. If you have excessive leaves or don't wish to wait until the next service date, you may request an extra visit for an additional charge.
Extra work
If you have extra work other than the work we have already agreed apoun then the charge for that work will be billed at $1.00 per minute per man. Unless we have given you a bid on that item. Example would be trimming hedges, removing dead sunflower plants, or washing patios, removing weeds from gravel, anything that is above our normal scheduled work.
Breakage to Sprinkler Heads
We will gladly repair a sprinkler head that we break with our mowers. We carry spare heads and usually replace heads when they are broken. Sometimes we will unknowingly break a head, especially when the riser sticks in the 'up' position and the grass is thick. Please notify us as soon as you notice a broken head, flag it, and we will send somebody out promptly to repair it. We will not be responsible for third party repairs to sprinkler systems without our consent.
Yard Condition
At the time of your scheduled visit, your yard should be free of all foreign debris i.e. hoses, trash, toys, dog droppings and bones. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Weed Control
All weed control including outside of fenced areas: i.e. streets and alleys may be requested at an additional cost. If we spay, and the weeds don't die with in 14 days call us and we will come and respray one time at no cost to you For our weed killer to work properly the temps need to be above 60 degrees if its colder then that It will take longer for weeds to die.
Sprinklers Systems
We will adjust the timers to correspond with our scheduled visit to insure the lawns will be dry. Grass needs to be dry in order to give it a proper cut, if we arrive and cannot perform said service, due to tampering or resetting clock. We will have to reschedule your service for another day and we will charge a $10.00 service call fee for showing up.
"Skip" Service If for any reason, you wish to skip our scheduled visit, please give us 24 hr notice if we show up and you tell us you don't want service after have already unloaded equipment there will be a $25.00 service call charge for us showing up.
Access to Property
We recommend that the property owners furnish us with a key to any locked gated areas. The key allows us to enter the property and complete our tasks when you are not home. We will lock the property upon completion. If you choose to unlock the gates for us each week, please be advised that there will be no credit to your account should you forget to unlock it prior to service, even if we are running one or more days behind due to rain. We will not be responsible for damage to gates that are sagging, missing bolts or hardware, or have rotted or termite damage wood.
No Service/Poor Service
If you feel we have missed your property one week or we have done a poor job, you must notify us within 24 hrs after your scheduled job. We will examine the lawn and re-cut or take necessary steps to fix the problem. After the 24-hour period has expired, all work will be deemed to have been completed in a satisfactory manner and no credits or re-do's will be issued.
Breakage of Personal Property
Any property that you feel was broken by our crew must be reported within 24 hours to us, we will notify our insurance company, we carry 1 Million dollar general Liability policy. We will not be responsible for any repairs or replacement of property that is done without our knowledge/consent.
Skipping Certain Areas
It is imperative that all residents and guest of the property stay indoors while our workers are performing their tasks. If you, your children, or guests are using an area of your yard, you may choose to have the crew finish this area first while you go indoors or you may have them skip that area until the following week. There will be no credit for having them skip a certain area.
Payment
Payment is due at completion of each service, our software will send you a email or text message invoice. We now require a card on file and our software will auto charge after each service. If you dont want to pay by card we will accept cash, check are no longer accepted, so we must receive payment for service before your next service or service will be on hold till payment is made, If card is declined we will notify please provide another card or another form of payment, if a card comes back as a charge back you will be responsible for all fees and that we get charged and will be required to make payment. There is a $10 late charge for every week not paid. After 90 days of non payment, account is then transferred to a collection agency or claim is filled in small claims court.
Canceling/ Termination Service
You may request to cancel or terminate your service at any time for any reason, we do how ever request you give us a 24 hr notice prior to your normal schedule for your property if you don't we will charge a service fee for not giving us a 24 hr notice. At time of canceling of service all payment that is due must be paid for then. We will continue to do your yard till we get a written note from you wishing to cancel service.
