This program will allow you to begin fixing your credit immediately & improving your financial situation to purchase a home. You only pay when, and only if you get approved to purchase a home.You will be assigned a credit repair specialist and housing counselor. After your financial situation is strengthened to get you pre-approved, you will be referred to down payment programs as its our goal to get our clients to the closing table with as little money down as possible. Depending on how long it takes to improve credit, it could cost up to $2,000. This fee can be either paid with down payment assistance or rolled into the loan.

If Option 1 is selected, Client agrees to pay credit repair costs, upon purchasing home- not to exceed $2,000. Client agrees to exclusively hire the realtor or lender who referred them to The Real Estate Foundation. Client agrees that if they are pre-approved for a home within their criteria, they will purchase an available home within sixty days of being pre-approved.

Client agrees that if they are pre-approved for a home within their criteria, they will purchase an available home within sixty days.

Client agrees to pay credit repair costs, upon purchasing home- not to exceed $2,000. The real estate foundation will do best diligence for the fee to be covered with downpayment assistance. In the event the client is not eligible for downpayment assistance, the credit cost amount will added to the closing costs or rolled into the loan.
**Client is NOT obligated to receive , purchase or utilize any other services offered by the organization or its exclusive partners, in order to receive housing counseling services.**
