Professional Counseling Request

For Staff & Family
As a CP staff member, you are eligible for up to $600 per year for your family to use for professional counseling sessions with a CP approved provider and a $20 copay per session. You will pay your provider the copay amount at the time of your session. CP will be direct billed by the provider for the remaining cost of the session.

If you are seeking discernment regarding if professional counseling is the next best step for you, we encourage you to connect with a member of the Staff Shepherding Team. They would love to lean in, process with you, share about other options such as spiritual direction and pastoral counseling, and help you discern what might be the best fit.

The Approved Provider list can be found on the CP Intranet. If you’re unsure of which counselor to see, you can connect with a member of the Staff Shepherding team for help with a recommendation based on your situation or needs.
