Floral Design Position

As a reminder, duties for this position include:

Ongoing:

· Receive flower orders and match to original order and packing slip

· Process flowers accordingly

· Maintain a clean and functional workspace

· Clean out the cooler once per week

· Maintain a list of needed supplies; organize supplies for easy access and assessment of quantity on hand

· Deliver flowers to Big Sky, and Bozeman; keeping in mind you are representing the company

· Keep vases and other displays organized, with all like items stored together

· Uphold the policies and protocol outlined in the Employee Manual

· Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

For each event:

· Prepare vessels and create arrangements according to clients’ specifications

· Pack orders for offsite delivery

· Participate in pre-event team meetings

· Assist with delivery and onsite setup

· Clean and reorganize workspace after each event

· Be a part of the event from when the client contacts us to delivery/set up

· Other duties as assigned.

This job requires driving to Big Sky for flower deliveries and wedding/events. Do you have a valid driver's license? Are you comfortable driving in winter conditions? We have an all-wheel drive company vehicle.
