  • • In the event that Premier Recreation cancels a session/program, a full refund will be issued to the participant.
    • In the event that Premier Recreation cancels an individual class due to weather, the class will be rescheduled if possible. Each session will consist of a minimum of 7 classes and a refund per class will be offered if the minimum is not met
    • In the event that Premier Recreation cancels an individual class due to an instructor not available, the class will be rescheduled if possible. Or a refund for the day given
    • A participant may withdraw up to 7 DAYS prior to class start date for a refund minus a $5.00 processing fee.
    • A participant who withdraws less than one week, but at least 24 hours prior to the start of class will receive credit on their account to be used within the same calendar year. A $5.00 processing fee will be billed to account

    • A participant who does not withdraw at least 24 hours in advance will not receive any refund or account credit.

    Any Changes / Drops before May 27th ,2025 will have the $5 processing fee waived.

  • Class to Drop

    Refund (minus $5 processing fee) will be issued if received 7 days or more before the first day of class. By submitting this form I understand that this class will be dropped even if there is no availability in the new class requested.

    Class may only be added if space is available when staff process the form, which may be up to 48 hours after submission. Confirmation will be sent if class is added.
