Welcome to the Sunny Dayz Mural Festival 2024 MENTORSHIP PROGRAM application!

DEADLINE TO APPLY - MARCH 31st @ MIDNIGHT!!!

***This is for young artists ages 16-19 in the the state of Oklahoma wishing to participate in our 2024 Sunny Dayz Mentorship Program. Preference will be given to those who identify as female or a gender minority***

Sunny Dayz Mentees can expect a range of educational programming such as insights into arts administration, one on one and small group mentorship from select participating mural artists, and an opportunity to live paint during the event on June 1, 2024.

Applications will be reviewed by a committee made up of arts and community professionals based on the following criteria:

Alignment with our mission and values
Artistic interest and direction

IMPORTANT DATES

Sunday, March 31st at midnight - Deadline to apply for program
Sunday, April 7th - All applicants will be notified via email
May 25th-31st - Sunny Week! A full schedule of events and programs will be provided to accepted artists.
Saturday, June 1st - SUNNY DAYZ 2024 IN PONCA CITY, OK!!

REQUIREMENTS

Artists must be 16 years old by May 1st, 2024
Selected artists are required to be present in Ponca City for evening meetings and events the week leading up to the festival May 25th - May 31st and the entirety of the day of the festival June 1st, 2024.
